July 30 is about to be a real game-changer, as the first-ever gaming camp is about to commence on site of the widely discussed Gaming Stadium. The Richmond-based arena would be able to welcome major eSports live tournaments and meet the expectations of competitive video gamers from around the globe. According to the information publicly issued, this could happen by mid-2021. By then, the temporary facility is going to offer camp training opportunities.

esports’ Popularity Grows

Myesports Ventures Ltd. is the owner of the Richmond gaming arena, promising to change the way Canadians perceive eSports and participate in live tournaments. In order to make the location even more popular and welcome competitive video gaming enthusiasts on its premises, the management is willing to greenlight the first-ever three-day gaming camp.

Between July 30 and August 1, eSports enthusiasts will have the opportunity to play League of Legends. In order to make the experience a well-rounded one and include diverse activities for everyone interested in participating in it. This year’s summer camp would include useful information and practicing crucial skills such as in-game strategy and work on various aspects of gaming. Team building is also going to be a crucial part of this camp.

In addition to the gaming skills, this three-day congregation of like-minded individuals is also about to introduce various physical activities that would further make it a riveting one and a special experience. All activities will also happen between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. allowing players to take some time and rest, as well as process everything learned through the day.

Well-Rounded Summer Camp

Renowned names would be part of this special summer camp offering more on the League of Legends topic. Professional players to the likes of Jordan ‘Leviathan’ Thwaites, Matthew ‘Fish’ Fisher and Matthew ‘Knc1’ Arnold are going to share their experience, lessons learned, and guide all players on their way to success. Mr. Thwaites is known for his close involvement with the 2014 League of Legends Championship Series champions.

He is expected to share know-how with the participants and enrich their gaming world with tried-and-proven real-life skills. In the meantime, Mr. Fisher is preparing for three days of physical activity that is crucial for the fresh outlook on gaming. He would aim to bring balance with outdoors activities and good nutrition and health advice.

As of now, the temporary gaming facility is able to welcome up to 110 individuals. Projections are that construction of the permanent stadium would commence at the beginning of 2020, giving enough time until its completion. This revolutionary arena is going to make Richmond the eSports capital of Canada, fusing both grand tournament stage and training center for amateur players.
